About the project

Scope: Rehabilitation of 24 custody cells in section A-west, as well as an option for 5 waiting cells in section H. The assignment was run as a client-managed general contract. The start of the project was in the autumn of 2020 and it was completed as planned in June 2021.

dPlans rolle

dPlan has been used in the construction phase of the project. Collaborative planning was carried out "old school" by using physical sticky notes, but the result was imported into dPlan through MS Excel. Project planning and management was done according to LEAN principles and control periods with PPC measurements used.
