Håkonshallen was built as a royal residence and banqueting hall and as far known first used for Magnus Lagabøte's wedding in 1261. The hall fell into disrepair and was used as a granary in the 17th century. It has since been restored several times and now a project securing full-fledged universal access to the building is planned. The project is stipulated to 30 MNOK and pre-construction started in 2020.
dPlan is used as a planning tool for the pre-construction phase. The project is based on LEAN principles with control periods and measurement of PPC. Monitoring of plan quality and root cause analysis' are of high importance.
