Jan Petter N\u00e6rby holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and has 25 years of experience in procurement and project management, both as a consultant and within line organizations. He holds several certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CobIT, ITIL) and has conducted courses in both project management and project governance.\n\nWith broad experience from the client side, he has particularly worked with complex user equipment in the university and healthcare sectors. In large-scale projects such as the Norwegian National Opera and Ballet, Campus \u00c5s, and the Norwegian Ocean Technology Centre, he has been responsible for procurement and contract management of advanced equipment and construction contracts.\n\nAdditionally, he has extensive experience in leading ICT projects, with a focus on ensuring that ICT solutions deliver the intended benefits.<\/p>\n

Simen Bakken holds degrees in Engineering and Business Administration and has extensive experience in project management, both as a consultant and in line organizations. He has been involved in a wide range of exciting industrial projects, including the Norwegian electric vehicle initiative Think, the City of Oslo\u2019s bid for the 2022 Winter Olympics, international IT projects, and\u2014over the past 10 years\u2014the construction and civil engineering sector.\n\nSimen served as Department Director for the City of Oslo, where he led the planning and construction of sports facilities, including the new Jordal Amfi. He has also been contracted as project manager for the Norwegian Ocean Technology Centre during the concept phase and the start of implementation, and he led Statsbygg\u2019s feasibility study for the redevelopment of Nationaltheatret.\n\nCurrently, he is engaged by the Institute for Energy Technology (IFE) in the planning of the decommissioning of Norway\u2019s nuclear facilities. Simen was also a member of the government-appointed committee that assessed the need for a third runway at Oslo Airport Gardermoen.<\/p>\n

Leif J\u00f8rgen Bjerck is a project manager and line manager with broad experience from both the private and public sectors on the client side. He has led specialized building projects, commercial real estate processes involving multiple stakeholders, as well as public construction and infrastructure projects.\n\nFrom 2017 to 2023, he served as Department Director for the City of Oslo, where he was responsible for developing, establishing, and managing a project portfolio covering feasibility studies, planning, and execution of capital investment projects. In this role, he gained extensive experience with public administration and political processes.\n\nHe also has substantial experience with the Norwegian quality assurance scheme for major public projects (KS1 and KS2), both from the project side and as a quality assurer.<\/p>\n

Magnus holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from NTNU. He is an experienced project and design manager with over ten years of experience in the construction industry. He has broad expertise across all phases of a construction project\u2014from contractor and consultant to client\u2014and combines technical insight with strategic leadership.\n\nMagnus has managed complex projects for major stakeholders, including Skanska Eiendomsutvikling AS, Ansnes Eiendom AS, and Ramb\u00f8ll Norge AS. He is recognized for his structured approach, ability to ensure progress and quality, and for developing effective reporting solutions. With strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English, he is a valuable asset throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.<\/p>\n
