Course instructor Benedicte Dalheim has 13 years of experience in public procurement and has carried out over 100 procurements with great results. Benedicte has served as the lead legal adviser for public procurement at Oslobygg, one of Norway’s largest property developers. As a consultant, she has assisted public clients across Norway and conducted procurements under all procedures in the regulations.
